Cancellation & Booking Policy

At Luscious Skin & Beauty, we value your time and ours. To ensure we can provide the best possible experience for all our clients, we kindly ask that you respect the following booking policy.

Securing Your Appointment
A valid credit or debit card number is required to secure all appointments. Your card details are held securely and will only be charged in accordance with our cancellation and no-show policy.

Cancellations & Rescheduling
We understand that sometimes plans change. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we kindly ask that you provide at least 12 hours’ notice.

Cancellations or appointment changes made with less than 12 hours’ notice may incur a cancellation fee.

No-Shows
Failure to attend your appointment without notice will be considered a no-show. No-show appointments will be charged 100% of the booked treatment price to the card held on file.

We appreciate your understanding, as late cancellations and no-shows leave appointment times that we are often unable to fill at short notice.

Late Arrivals
If you arrive late, we will always do our best to accommodate you. However, your treatment may need to be shortened to ensure we don't impact the next client's appointment. The full treatment price will still apply.

Clients Under 16
Clients under the age of 16 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian to their appointment. Parent or guardian consent may also be required before certain treatments can be performed.

Unexpected Circumstances
We understand that genuine emergencies and unexpected circumstances can occur. These situations will be considered with care and at the discretion of Luscious Skin & Beauty.
